Our family of 5 had a wonderful time at Angela’s apartment in Heidelberg. I have stayed in many Airbnbs and she was the best Host I have had! She was incredibly helpful ahead of our stay, giving recommendations, answering questions and making sure everything was clear. On our arrival day, we had a very challenging travel day and arrived exhausted. Angela met us at the apartment in person to show us the apartment, hand over the keys and answer any questions. We were so frazzled when we arrived and she was so kind and understanding. She was clear that we could contact her anytime, but we had no issues during our stay so I never had to! The apartment was exactly as pictured. It was clean, bright and had so many thoughtful details. You can tell Angela really takes pride in creating a welcoming apartment so you can enjoy your vacation.
